Kim and Tessa are sisters who were born and raised in the Netherlands from a Dutch mother and a Croatian father.
Tessa earned her Masters’ degree in Entrepreneurship and Strategy and has a background in finance. Her partner and younger sister, Kim, is an international model who has lived all over the world and fell in love with Miami and south Florida eight years ago while working and traveling.
Because of their fondness for Miami, Kim and Tessa decided to “make their move” and relocate from The Netherlands to sunny Miami Beach. They understand the “magic of Miami” – its culture, diversity and lifestyle – and the enormous investment potential of this truly international destination mecca.
After re-locating to Miami, Kim and Tessa began working for a luxury rental boutique managing the Miami market. While working in a market devoted to high-end waterfront villa properties located on the Miami Beach and the Miami islands (Sunset, Fisher, Palm, Venetian Island), they developed clients and relationships whom they still serve today.
Their list of local and international clients includes famous dj's, singers, athletes and businessmen. Consequently, they recognize that some transactions may require discretion while others may require publicity.

After spending time in Miami and learning about the Miami lifestyle, many of these clients reached the same conclusion as Kim and Tess – that Miami is truly a magical and diverse city and that the investment potential was enormous.
Seeing a need for multi-lingual representation that was not being fulfilled, Tessa and Kim formed their real estate sales partnership. Tessa brings her interior decorating and financial talents to the team. This allows the sisters to assist buyers and sellers in seeing the potential of a home design or preparing a property for showing in order to achieve its highest value.
Kim's primary focus is customer service and support - listening to her clients, understanding their desires and helping them make their dreams become reality while ensuring the process is stress-free and…FUN!
